Booking and Cancellations:
Cancellations under 24 hours or ‘no shows’ will be charged the full booked price
If we deem it appropriate to cancel your booking an alternative date or time will be offered.
If we deem it appropriate to cancel your booking and an alternative time or date cannot be agreed, a refund can be offered.
Cancellations by us will be notified to the person who booked.
Bookings will be for the correct amount of dogs or time length, any changes to this should be requested via email.
It is the client’s responsibility to provide the correct contact information when booking. Missed email/texts due to incorrect information is the client’s responsibility
Bookings must be made for the correct amount of dogs. Any extra dogs must be paid for. There may be an admin cost £5 added if extra dogs are not declared at time of visit.
Rescheduling under 72 hours can only be actioned by emailing us and agreement on a new date and time.
Clients rescheduling can only do so with a log in and if it’s over 72 hours in advance of the appointment
Weekend appointments being rescheduled can be moved to a weekday.
Cancellation or rescheduling communication must be communicated via email, not social media.
The total number of dogs using the field during a session must match the total number booked. Any dog or dogs ‘swapped over’ will be included in the total. There may be an admin cost £5 added if extra dogs are not declared at time of visit.
Extra dog or dogs not booked but added to a session will be charged at the applicable rate.We reserve the right to add a £5.00 administration fee per non booked dog.
Please close the gate on exit by using the current code.
Safety:
All Dogs and People who enter the field do so at their own risk.
Any playdates held in the field are at the organiser’s and participants' own risk.
Our field is used at your own risk and we will not be held responsible for any negligence.
The grounds may be uneven or muddy, please be careful and wear appropriate footwear. Please be aware that there may be areas of standing water during periods of heavy rain so the responsibility of using the field in such circumstances rests fully with the dog owner.
Dogs should be kept in vehicles until within the allocated Well Dog field area. There is a waiting area by the first gate.
It is not permitted to crowd the gate or field boundary while waiting for an appointment so please remain at the first gate parking area until the dog field is clear.
We do not allow any persons or children to climb our gates or fences
We do not allow any persons children to climb or use the agility equipment
The agility equipment is for dog use only.
Any use of agility equipment is completely at your own risk
If any damage is caused to our gate or fencing by you or your dog you will be charged for repairs. Excluding wear and tear.
We do not allow any interference or alterations to the field, equipment or layout by you
Any breaches in our fencing should be reported to us immediately
Access to Well Dog Field is via an unmade road. Please drive slowly and safely with a maximum speed of 10MPH. You use this private road at your own risk and no liability can be accepted by Well Dog Field.
CCTV is in operation , therefore agreeing to our terms and conditions you agree to CCTV use.
Time allocation:
You are required to adhere to your time slot at all times, if you arrive late for your time slot you will still need to vacate at the end of your booked time.
Please be aware of the time and be ready to leave the field at the end of your booked time slot.
Do not arrive earlier than 5 minutes before your allocated time.
Do not leave any later than the allocated time of your booking.
Please ensure you have your dog(s) back in your vehicle by the end of your time allocation.
All field use is pre-booked only, we do not allow the use of the field without prior booking.
It is your responsibility to ensure your dogs are in your vehicle by the end of your booked time allocation.
It if your responsibility to keep dogs in your vehicle until the beginning of your time allocation.
Parking:
The parking area allows for three cars only. We do not allow more than this on the parking area.
There is an extra parking area for more cars outside of the main electric entrance gate. This is next to the access lane on your left as you drive in just before the black electric gate.
Cars must not be parked blocking the road.
If you are waiting for your allocated time, please wait in the parking space before the first gate , which is the main electric gate.
Do not remain parked in the space before the first gate if there is space in front of the access gate to the dog field and it is your allocated time.
Do not cause blockage to the access routes
Do not leave dogs in parked cars – especially in hot weather.
Cars parked and contents left within the car are at your own risk. We do not accept any responsibility for damages or loss of goods.
Supervision:
You, as an owner/handler are responsible for your dog(s) at all times.
All Dogs should be supervised by the owner/handler at all times.
Dogs and children should not be left unattended on the field.
Children under the age of 16 should have adult supervision at all times.
Our fences are 6ft if your dog breaches these boundaries, we will not be held responsible.
Cleanliness:
All Well Dog Field usage has a ‘scoop your own poop’ policy
Please leave the dog field clean and tidy.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. No cigarette butt or remains in the dog field, this can be harmful to dogs and is a clear breach of of this condition.
If your dog or dogs dig holes, please refill them as best as possible, this is for the safety of others.
Bins are provided for any dog waste at the field and to be disposed of in the bins.
Please tidy up all dog hair. Therefore remove all evidence of dog grooming, this is essential.
Please ensure dog waste is disposed in the bins within the dog field.
Please ensure dog waste is picked up and disposed of within your time slot.
Please do not leave broken toys or equipment on the field and dispose of any broken toys in the bins provided.
Freshwater is provided, if you need to wash down your dog or outerwear
Please put away toys into the toy box provided.
If your dog is unwell in the field it is your responsibility to clean or contact us if you need help cleaning.
Please dispose of any rubbish/litter and ensure the field and seating area areas you found them.
Dog Health:
We require all dogs to be immunised and up to date with vaccines before the use of Well Dog field.
Please ensure dogs are up to date with worm and flea treatments.
If your Dog has shown signs of Kennel Cough, Sickness or Diarrhoea in the past 48 hours, we request that you do not use our facilities.
Any Dog showing symptoms of Kennel Cough, Sickness or Diarrhoea, will be asked to leave the field and no monies will be returned to owners for usage cut short.
We will not be held responsible for any injury or illness contracted by any dog or person who uses Well Dog field.
If your dog is unwell in the field it is your responsibility to clean or contact us if you need help cleaning.
XL Bullies (Applicable to other controlled breeds):
XL Bully dog to handler/owner ratio must be 1:1
XL Bully must be neutered in line with legal requirements.
ALL XL Bully dogs using Well Dog Field must have insurance including 3rd party liability insurance.
XL Bully must be micro chipped
XL Bully owners must provide via email evidence of neutered and micro chipping.
XL Bully is kept on lead and muzzle until inside the dog field with the gate shut when entering the field
XL bully is put back on lead and muzzle before opening gate to exit the field
The XL Bully attending with you must be registered with the Index of Exempted Dog (IED)
Absolutely no XL Bully ‘meets’ or gathering are permitted. If this occurs then we will request all present to leave the field and there will a £60 surcharge applied to the name on the booking.
Well Dog Field use CCTV.
Other:
We have a 3-strike policy and reserve the right to refuse entry or admission if deemed necessary.
Owners and staff of Well Dogs Field are allowed access to the field at any time to carry out inspections.
We do not allow any high-flying object without the written consent of us AND the Civil Aviation Authority.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
Disposable barbecues are not permitted anywhere on the premises.
We do not allow for loud music to be played so that it can be heard from the neighbouring houses.
On occasion there may be someone on the Little Wellhouse Farm property gardening, it is the Dog owner’s responsibility to politely inform us if the dog is reactive and we’ll move.
Food delivery to Well Dog Field is not permitted.
All terms and conditions are agreed upon when booking with Well Dog Field.
